Our paranoid account wants to assure you that this is the lowest tax rate in the areas we operate and uncollected sales tax will be deducted from your ticket price at Florida Man Grove's expense. Therefore, the total fee in each transaction, excluding purchase protection elections not collectable by FMG, is never mover than 6.5% (Florida State Tax (6%) + St. Johns County (.5%)) per ticket.

- By checking this box you acknowledge that the Credit Card Holder/Responsible Party identified below will be present for the rental or tour, willing and able to provide their picture identification for photocopy, and all parties utilizing FMG's equipment and including the Credit Card Holder/Responsible Party will be willing and able to sign liability waiver forms upon arrival. - For this reason we suggest you arrive 15 min early to your scheduled start time. - The Credit Card Holder/Responsible Party list below is not required to participate in kayaking activities, but will be responsible for the individuals associated with their ticket purchase based on the stipulations outlined in the before mentioned waiver. - Violation of this acknowledgement will forfeit your purchase.
- I understand that each person being outfitted for kayaking needs a ticket regardless of how much of the kayaking they wish to perform during the rental window or the number of kayaks supplied. Example, a two person Kayak needs two ticket holders who will be outfitted with two jackets, two, ores and, potentially, a single two-person kayak.

- Tour will begin once other rental passengers are on the water for the purchased time and date slot. This allows the tour passengers the most personalized experience possible. - Only 1 Jewel Journey is offered per time and date slot. Other passengers will not see a Jewel Journey (tour) option if one is unavailable for the desired time slot. Said differently, if it is not visible, it has already been purchased by another party for the day and time request. - Adventures are encouraged to coordinate within their group or among the other customers as necessary should multiple groups desire a Jewel Journey or our assistance on the water simultaneously.
